The Seller is unscrupulous in that the unit is paid for in full, then the Seller replies that item is defective, then prompts you to buy something else at a much higher price rather than doing the honorable thing and take the cost hit and provide a comparable unit. Not until legal proceedings are threatened over a week later does the Seller realize you are not going to be pushed into buying a more costly unit, that a refund is processed. CAUTION....the Seller sells on Amazon also.

The pallet broke in shipping and one of the boards came loose and bent a few of the fins and rubbed an indentation on the copper line, we contected them, they were quick to respond and said they would ship a replacement line. It has still not arrived, we couldn t wait any longer to install the A/C unit as it was purchased for a church and was badly needed, the unit works good.Air-Con 24000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner Heat Pump Ductless 21 Seer 220v (#222516205065)
