Shoes were accurately described, and seller s reply to my question was prompt. Shoes were well-packed and arrived in good shape. But the shipping time was relatively long, the tracking information was not useful, and there were false communications about the status of shipping. Overall, a good experience so long as the information about the shipping was taken with a grain of salt.
