Nice but doesn't work with my sugar cookie dough
This rolling system is nice. However, my sugarcookie dough sticks to it. Pie crust or pastry doughs may not. I bought it for cookie making. I had to use flour to keep the dough from sticking. A demo I saw using this mat system implied that cookie dough wouldn't stick and additional flour need not be used. Since it doesn't work that way for me, I am a little disappointed. I will keep it tough and try other doughs later. The quality is very good and it doesn't slide around when you roll out dough. The spacers for thickness are very handy. In all, I think it's a good product. I can't recommend it for cookies because my experience with it was not as I expected.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
