      Didn't help much

      First, I want to say this might not be the seller's mistake, but the RAM shut the notebook down completely and then we had to pray it starts at all (it did in the end, took several attempts to reset - and several mini-heart attacks). But maybe there's something wrong with the computer itself - apart from the effect it had, the product came to us without any damage whatsoever :)
