    Excellent memory at a great price.

    This memory made a big difference. Installed in a Dell Inspiron 1520 Laptop that I gave to my grandson. Recommend watching a YouTube on how to install on this device as one of the Dimms is hidden under the keyboard. Actually fairly easy to install.

    Not for Linux

    I bought this to use in a Dell laptop running Linux Mate 18.04. The OS does not recognize it, and so far I have not been able to get drivers for it via the usual methods. I don't recommend it for Linux machines. Will probably give it to my brother to try in his Dell laptop running Windows 10. It did come with a driver CD for Windows.

    Helps keep an old laptop from lugging down with too many open tabs

    My Toshiba Satellite L305D laptop came with 3GB of memory (a 1 GB stick and a 2GB stick). Replaced the 1GB stick with this 2 GB stick to bring it up to 4GB. The extra gig makes a big difference since with no tabs open, about 2 GB is already used up.
