(I contacted the seller and still have not received a response after 24 hours) This product is a Knockoff!!! I spent $170 bleaching my hair out in prep for using this color. My hair is somehow NOW 5 different colors from ONLY using the “grape” and “periwinkle” colors in separate areas of my hair, not combined. This is unacceptable and there is no way I can get my hair lightened to the level it was with this KNOCKOFF deposit on my hair.
