Tripod arrived in great condition; seller, being the manufacturer was the only one to have the proper height as well as carbon fiber for lighter weight. Directions for use were a horrible mistranslation though. Using it and figuring it out on my own was better.

I originally requested a return thinking this was too big and heavy. While waiting to return this tripod, I decided to unpack it and give it a try. I found that one of the legs was defective. I asked the seller if I should use the label I had received or wait for a new one. They did not respond. I sent the defective tripod back. They refunded the tripod except for the shipping. This was a defective item and the seller should have paid the return shipping. Not Happy with this seller!!
