The delivery time was fairly fast and was packaged well. The battery snapped into my HP laptop and reached full charge in a few hours. The price and quality was decent too. It's nice to see a product that are priced to sell instead of some outrageous price that make me forget about buying anything.

The battery was supposed to be delivered by January 5th but delivery was delayed for three more days since it wandered around Georgia for days due to DHL error. Had it arrived in time I could have had it two days later at my home town but now I have to wait for three more months to have my hands on it. This is not the seller's fault and I am convinced the battery will be quite fine. I will try to add to this review once I have it.

The battery that I ordered had a piece of the plastic housing broken when I received it.
The broken piece of plastic was in the battery packaging...
Could have happened during shipping or perhaps before it was shipped.
Either way, my attempts to contact the seller for a replacement were ignored...Which seems to be a reoccurring issue with this seller based on the feedback that I've read ...
Moving forward, I'll be shopping elsewhere...
