Very dissatisfied with this whole transaction. Item arrived broken, because it was so poorly packaged. Seller gave me a partial refund of which we did not agree on. Seller suggested I contact USPS for mishandling the package that caused the damage. I cannot do this since the item was not insured it and I am not the one who sent the item, the seller did. I eventually had to fix the broken item myself. This seller is very inexperienced in selling on eBay and is clueless on how to satisfy the buye

My dear, I sent it in a hard box with protection inside, but this cast iron thing cracked during shipment, I immediately offered you options with a full and partial refund. You offered to return 50% to you and keep this little thing for yourself, it was your choice! I refunded the money immediately without haggling (that's how I met your demands), explained the postage and (all items I shipped are insured by PO). I try really hard and learn this every day.
