    Overall happy but expensive

    Put 6 rolls onto the two external walls of a cold bedroom and then laid wallpaper on top. Seems to have made a difference and the room feels warmer / using less heat. The price though is not cheap and I’m not sure if the same results could not have been achieved with standard 4mm polystyrene. Comments about cracking and difficult to handle - yes it does but not if you take your time and lay each sheet out first on the floor to get rid of any curve from being rolled. I used 2 cans of Screwfix own extra strong ready mixed adhesive £5.29 for 5kg which was easy to apply - overall happy with the result but an expensive fix

    Insulation

    It does make a difference I used it in my wardrobe which was very very cold. I've used it in another bedroom, and would say it makes a difference. Bit tricky to use but you just have to be careful with the stuff and use the correct paste. Would use again

    Good product!

    Good product, I have used it to insulate my external walls. Very good to cover wall imperfections and give good effect when covered with wallpaper ( dont paint it). My heating bills went down by around 30% - 40%. Its not perfect because and the end of the roll its quite difficult to get it flat and it may crack. I prefer Wallrock Thermal Liner Adhesive but you may try other. I would definitely recommend it if you want to save on heating bill and get rid of condensation damp (caused by cold walls)

    Great insulator for cold walls

    Made an immediate difference, our wall would get extremely cold (visible condensation forming) but this has sorted it. quick and easy to apply - I used wickes ready mixed wallpaper adhesive and it work great!

    Very happily surprised.

    Our house was built in the early 60’s as you can imagine the insulation is pretty poor and with us being rural any drop in the outside weather conditions literally sucks any heat we do have, out of the house. Even with the central heating on our rooms struggle to retain much heat. As with anything like this I was very skeptical on whether not not it would work as described but I am so happy to report that it has made a very noticeable difference in the room temperature! Bit difficult to work with due to the thickness however well worth the patience, as with a bit of caulking to fill any gaps, the walls look smooth and even. Perfect base for further decorating.
