    Because of the positive communication I had with the seller, I revised my feedback from negative to positive ( initially I wanted to revise it to neutral, but I was very impressed with the quick response from the seller). Seller promised to improve the packaging in the future, and said that the long delay in sending the item was due to personal issues ( I understand things can happen sometimes, and I will be reasonable about it).
