    good luck..

    Even though its new the printer still won't recognize the new printhead after resets and hp scan doctor it still has printhead failure error? HP is no help ...reinstall firmware...master reset ..must be some mis-match of hardware

    Don"t Bother

    After going through all the steps to fix this printer I bought a new print head. It doesn't print black either. Bought a new printer from another manufacture.

    Saved my old printer.

    For the price of this replacement I was able to salvage my old printer and save the cost of buying a new one. Look up on YouTube and you can find a video explaining how to replace it
