    Not sure how to rate this seller. The only criticism I have is not properly securing the cap on a splash bottle with a large opening. I paid for a new condition box and bottle and received a damaged box and bottle with a significant amount of leaked perfume. The seller seemed nonchalant about situation and told me to ship it back, not offering any options or compromise. This WAS a valuable and very rare perfume. Mostly a pity that poor packaging has ruined what was a near pristine bottle and box

    If a full refund is not a fair resolution, I don't know what you wanted for a few drops spilled, I know I could sell it again and you probably wanted an unfair partial refund.

    I didn’t even haggle , no tracking # given, took a few days to ship, even though I used paypal, packaging didn’t look like it had been soaked in water, didn’t smell of sewage, product itself great! Would still buy from again. No need for communication with seller.
