Per il reso il prodotto non deve essere stato modificato, montato, rovinato, aperto. N.B. - nel caso in cui il cliente restituisca l'oggetto le spese di spedizione saranno a carico del cliente e rimborseremo esclusivamente il costo parziale dell'oggetto e non le spese di spedizione da noi sostenuta anche nel caso in cui sia stato acquistato con la formula spedizione gratuita verranno dedotti i costi di trasporto intrinsechi nell'ordine.

Gli articoli non devono essere stati aperti e l'imballo deve essere in perfetto stato. 1.4 - La merce viene affidata al corriere e da quel momento viaggia sotto la responsabilità diretta del cliente. Nel caso in cui si voglia assicurare la spedizione richiedere preventivo prima dell'acquisto; in caso contrario con la spedizione standard, per il rimborso di eventuali danni sarà applicato il contratto collettivo nazionale del trasporto e sarà necessario esibire tutta la documentazione richiesta pena l'annullamento della procedura.
