    I ordered the Santoprene pieces. The parts were mailed quickly from my order date. The problem was with USPS. The package was delayed and I sent a message to ask if they could help. Their response was very quick with all of the information you want to here as a customer. They opened a lost mail case with USPS and stated that if USPS couldn't find it they would replace them at no charge. The parts arrived and they are AA+++.
