    She packed the fuser so poorly, in a box with some paper and plastic bags around. It arrived damaged so I contacted her w/photos to ask if there's anything you can do about this. The reply was to accuse me of taking fake photos so I could try to get ebay to refund me. Thankfully my tech was able to get it working so I didn't have to bother dealing with this clown. Poor ethic and terrible service. I would never work with or recommend anyone to her. Now lets see the reply to hide and lie out of it

    Item arrived damaged due to poor packing, 3 drum/developer units stuffed in one box, only wrapped in paper. Refunded only one of the three items. Im now having to get ebay involved. Seller won't respond to messages. Ive sent numerous messages with details and pictures, a complete waste of time and energy. Will avoid this seller in the future.
