    Perfect for the job.

    Used this on my daughters BMW with a 95mm element type oil filter. Couldn’t get hold of the specific tool so tried this and it worked a treat. It was also less exceptionally good value being less than a third of the price I would have had to pay for the specific tool for the job.

    A bit small

    This type of filter removal tool is great for those hard to get at filters where space is very limited. Ideally I’d want a larger overall size as this seems a bit small, however the price is extremely good value.

    Filter Removal Tool!.

    The tool I asume designed to remove oil filters ect'. has the strap part - to grab the filter body - too narrow, has dimple type indents to assist this isn't able too grip filter body enough to break iniatial grip on filter. A good try but not trialed to access basic fault!! (in my oponion! )

    Good for tight spaces and inexpensive.

    Useful for removing filter in tight spaces. Prone to slipping on a tight filter because you have a smooth metal band tightened against a smooth metal can, not much grip. Accordingly you may need to put some sandpaper between filter band and the filter. When I did that the tight filter came off no problem.

    unscrews a tight oil filter easily

    when access to a bike oil filter is tight, this tool does the job of removing the old filter. in my experience better than strap & chain wrenches
