The caftan had a bit of an odor when unpacked likely due to the dye, but it washed out easily. Free Shipping from India a huge bonus! Would buy from this vendor again.

I soaked the dress a few days, emptying and squeezing out the water to get the indigo dye out because it was on my hands from just touching the dress. I wouldn’t sit on furniture without a good cleaning. After a cycle through the washer, it was ready to go.
