Each chair is built to order and a lead time of 6-8 weeks is required. We apologize that you did not understand what that meant in the description of the chair package. Even when you purchase new from a manufacturer there is a lead time to build it. However your chair was ready in time but you canceled the order just because we needed one more day to deliver due to a breakdown. We wish you the best. regards, American Dental Refurbishment Team.
