I gave this buyer a full refund and told him to keep the book. The seller was incredibly rude when I explained the situation. I would avoid! I entered the ISBN into the system and I didn't realize it came up as a softcover versus hard. He got ALL of his money back AND a free book. In my 15 years of selling on ebay this is my first negative comment.
