BrassBarn was extremely helpful in sourcing and shipping this model of saxophone. All of my questions were thoroughly answered within a very short response window. The horn arrived in pristine, factory-sealed condition as advertised. It played great out of the packaging, with the standard Yamaha setup. Brick and Mortar shops usually offer additional setup with a sale, but purchasing from BrassBarn and sourcing your own optional secondary setup will be SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. Highly recommend!
