    Experiencing a lot of cramping in my legs.

    I always buy Swanson but for some reason I bought this one.. I’m used to taking magnesium for a couple of years but every since I started this my ankle, calf and thigh are cramping and I never had that before. I don’t know what’s going on- I thought this would be the better magnesium since it had 3 kinds in it????

    Heart Health

    This got rid of my afib. 500 mg a day got my heart back in normal rhythm. If you go to the ER for afib, notice the drip they put you on is magnesium. Save your self the hassel and instead take these capsules - they get the job done and a lot cheaper, too.
