One thing I would say to the manufacturer is "use a bottle that is appropriate for the product" . Using a huge a bottle that is only 1/4 to 1/3 full makes me question their honesty. To me, that is a feeble attempt to dupe the customer. Why take up all that space when only need 1/3 of it is needed for the product? I had to find a smaller bottle to put it in so that it would fit in a drawer! The product is great, but the packaging is a waste!

Dissolves fast, doesn't have a bad after taste! The only con is that is not coated for easy swallow. Even though the tablets are small, you can take the one by one!

Works great and sleep is alot better.
This product seems to help relax and sleep even though I have RLS / figityfeet at times. This Magnesium Gly I noticed helps me go back to sleep when I wake at 3am ish and normally I am up for an hour then I go back to sleep. Hadn't had that experience since taking 2 tablet's hour or so before bedtime. Great help for my husband who normally has probs sleeping all night. Thank you for great product!!!!
