I’ve made multiple attempts trying to contact this company about issues I’m having returning this item because it’s too large to return via USPS; although, they sent a QR code for the the item to be returned via USPS. Now I’ve contacted my credit card company to make them aware of this issue should I need to dispute the charge because I only have so many days to return the item.
