USED ITEM, NOT NEW AS ADVERTISED. This was advertised as “A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item…” on the listing, but the item had clearly been used, the box previously opened, and the items even had marks and scratches where it had been very obviously installed before. Read others reviews!
In addition, the item DIDN'T WORK. Defective item, possibly a return, then resold.
The seller explained how to print a return on Ebay, no apologies or other comments, just that.
