It's a cheap Chinese-made device but it certainly appears to work fine so far. I like that it doesn't have automatic-switching; I want to control when I switch ports and the remote does the job. I didn't need to utilize the power cable as my A/V receiver provides enough juice. The company seems to be well-established so I feel confident that if I have a problem they, will stand behind their product.
