Great deal. I personally wish I had attempted to remove the rear sight before ordering, which is my mistake and I mention it here in case someone runs into a similar issue as I did. Many of these rear sights were soldered to be semi permanent during the war (an issue I can fix) but again I'm just throwing caution in the wind for folks. The rail and scope are really not bad for the price. My gratitude to this seller.

Thank you for that added information for other buyers. Yes, sometimes, but not always, the rear sight pin is silver soldered in place, making it nearly impossible to drive out with a punch. You can solve this problem by heating it with a torch to loosen the solder, and then drive out the pin. I had this happen to me the first time I installed one myself.
