It was also missing a small but essential part, making it unusable. I reached out politely to resolve the issue, but instead of helping, the seller became defensive and repeatedly accused me of dishonesty. Communication was unprofessional and dismissive. Listing photos were inaccurate, and customer service was poor. Would not recommend this seller.

He incorrectly claimed that I "demanded" the unit immediately be sent when I very kindly asked him to do his best to quickly ship it because my parents' water heater had failed. He cancelled the order on his end (without my approval), advised me to buy it locally, and then later reposted the same item in a different listing at a much higher price. Then We Relist Item, Customer Orders same Item Again, Changing Story from "No Hot Water" to "NO Hot Water in One Room". We Refunded due to Weather Delays and expected Delays.
