    Handall don't fit all

    These are for the full 17 rd capacity M&P grip length. Will not fit a Compact 15 rd sized grip. I wanted this for a 2.0 Compact and it will NOT fit w/o serious modification to interior of grip mount. The locking 'dingus' tool hole is too low on this grip to fit the compact & must be completely removed by cutting it out and filing it down to nothing. The upper lip mount has to be filed down to allow end of 'dingus' grip tool to be inserted fully as well. Like I said this is made for the full sized gun grip NOT compact. The lower end by the Mag well is too long & also must be trimmed, especially in the rear where the backstrap is made of rubber coated hard plastic. So, I did all that & it works great, feels great. NO more 40 grit sandpaper rubbing against skin in CCW IWB carry. BUT it's alot ...

    It was a difficult to put on the handle at first. That being said, is a good thing. If it's difficult to put on, it will be difficult to remove. The instructions were easy to understand, giving a full detail of how to install the grip. Once the new grip was installed, the handle fit perfectly into my hand. It's difficult for the grip to be removed, and will stay in place. For any one with a full size Smith and Wesson m&p 40/.357 sig full size. I recommend this grip to install on your personal carry fire arm.

    this repplaces the factory palmswell on the full size M&P. I put it on my full size 40 and its very comfortable and makes it much easier to handle recoil on the 40.
