This is a good seller who stands behind his product. I ordered a $15 part to repair my backpack blower. The item was shipped promptly but through no fault of the seller the new part was found to be defective. The seller apologized for the inconvenience and issued a full refund. The seller explained that these parts are very rarely defective, and if he hadn’t run out of stock he would have gladly sent me another one. The product was exact what was posted and arrived as suggested. “Gus” was very respectful, patient and helpful in resolving any issues that occurred ( which was on “my” part, of the problem that occurred ) in the installment of the coil .Glad there is businesses out there that will step up and work with you to resolve any issues.
