Works good for adding elevation adjustment to red dot. The holes aren’t positioned exactly in the correct position for flush mounting. I had to enlarge two holes with a knife to mount. Made out of plastic in China. Shipping took just over a week. I needed to position the higher wedged end of shim to the rear of my slide to add up elevation (no instructions included). Works as advertised with some slight cutting of holes.

Arrived quickly, install was easy. Haven't been able to sight it in yet, but the adjustments of the red dot seem adequate thus far. The only thing it's missing is a wake up feature, but other than than it seems great, especially for the price. If it works as well as advertised I will be ordering another set.
