I ordered and paid for two e-bike batteries via amazon prime overnight. CLAIMTHIS attention to detail is rubbish as only battery was in the box. They did respond and have sent another battery via UPS ground arriving in 10 days. I pay for prime overnight. I do not recommend using this company unless you have to which no one does.
