Being frustrated at the method of getting a shipping label as accumulated with the product not working for my provider the seller has reached out to me in a positive way to resolve the issue and I appreciate and respect that but for eBay when you send a shipping label don t send the link send the actual shipping label please. I give this company full five stars for customer service I appreciate your help and I really wanted this to work but unfortunately it did not for me
