      Excellent addition for my Goose gun.

      Exactly what I needed for the Light Goose Conservation Hunt in the upper mid-west next week. Fits my shotgun perfectly, but you do have to do some serious grinding on the inside of your shotgun magazine tube to get it to work. Carlson's is a GREAT company, I use their choke tubes all the time. On the grinding, I used a moto drill with a grinding wheel on it to remove the two small tabs, then followed it up with a sanding wheel, cleaned it out and oiled it down very heavily. Ran through 10 rounds after that and it performed flawlessly. Great product!!!!!

      Well worth the money.

      This fits about 3” shy of the end of my Rem. 1100 30” barrel, with full choke. I have had ZERO functioning problems. Shotgun feeds and shoots flawlessly, all 10 rounds. This makes shooting wobble house trap much more fun. Two caveats: 1. The follower’s diameter needs to be sanded down slightly. Once done, the follower effortlessly passed through the factory magazine tube as well as the Carlson extension: no binding. 2. The included spring could be a bit stronger. However, this is my preference, as the factory tension feeds shells, thus allowing proper shotgun operation.

      Great fit and function!

      Great product, fits my Remington 870 pump perfectly and functions perfectly. I have a custom made follower and used it in place of the follower that came with the kit, worked perfectly no issues.

      Works but needs a better spring.

      The magazine extension is good. Shiny blue finish, made of steel. The enclosed magazine spring is not long enough and last shell failed to feed. The follower won't fit into magazine without shaving. I ended up buying Nordic 45" spring and using my original follower. Worked well after that.

      All's well that ends well.

      The tube had a very light brown powder on the surface. I could feel and see it on my hands after holding it. It made the surface feel like a fine sandpaper. A vigorous rubbing with an oily cloth removed it. I'm guessing that the powder was oil that had dried because there isn't any damage to the surface of the tube. All's well that ends well. Looks good and works fine.
