I haven't received my order or my package yet. The ups came to my house and talk to my wife and said the item order was not in the box the box had been open. So I'm very disappointed in the seller and ebay

We secured the item in plastic wrap, stapled and taped the end caps. How can we be liable with the handling of UPS. This buyer didn't contact us before the negative feedback. So we didn't have a chance to resolve this issue. We concluded that they were unreasonable people as you can read their feed back and conclude yourself.
