    Not Satisfied

    This machine is beautiful and it prints beautiful copies from the bypass tray - very slow though and it makes a weird noise. Also, the machine main tray (Tray 2) does not recognize that paper is in it. I keep getting the "Tray 2 empty - Plain Paper" message. It jumps from ready to that empty tray message. I've changed tray with the old one that I have but it still gives me the same problem (Tray 2 empty - Plain Paper). When I turn it off and turn it back on it makes a strange noise coming from the tray area. I am not satisfied and I would like a refund.
