Was asked to ship flat but did not . Fortunately the pennant did not get creased or the lettering cracked so will give a positive but please adhere to requests in future.

we have shipped 100s of pennants, for this one flat between cardboard was more risky of being creased through the postal service & now w/ door drops that is a bad way to go. hence we used the inserted curved way of shipping it to keep it from getting cracked & creased, & it was protected from wet conditions as well. you wanted it safe it got there safe. most people don't take the care in packaging the way we do. you're welcome for us spending more to make sure it got there safe and sound
