    A radical approach to weight loss

    Optifast is extremely good in giving you excessive weight loss in a minimum amount of time. But what I have realized is it is only one leg of the journey of weight management. What was essential is after the Optifast phase, I met with a dietician to help me understand what was the best approach to meal planning and eating. Also be careful with this product if you are a type 2 diabetic. The people who deliver this product are awesome. They always get the product out ASAP, These are to folks to order from if you are considering this product

    A true godsend!

    When you get to the point and realize that you are grossly overweight And need to take immediate action to change your lifestyle then this product is definitely for you. It has been a lifesaver over the past six weeks. I’ve never felt so good in my entire life. I know the real challenge will start once I go back on real food. But I am enjoying watching the weight drop from my body on a daily basis.

    It's a current product, with a good taste. I chose the case of vanilla because it mixes well with coffee syrups. The only con is the long wait for the product to arrive. Next time, I'll order before I use the last two boxes.

    Great product

    Great product. I went on the optifast program under doctor supervision and lost a lot of weight. I buy it now to make a super vitamin shake for lunch. I add some fiber powder to it as well and it makes me feel full until dinner. It helps keep the pounds off and cholesterol low. Vanilla is my favorite and taste very good.
