Item description gets 4 stars and not 5 because the adjustment bolt was rusty, apparently from sitting on the shelf for a long time. Had to apply a few drops of lubricating/rust removal oil for the bolt to work and turn smoothly. Now I am glad to have a very handy and sturdy pair of long nose locking pliers.
