As described, a good no frills workbench for the garage. Some of the top boards were a bit bowed and installing them was a challenge. Make sure you have power tools to drill the holes and install the wood screws. Overall satisfied.

    Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!!!

    Awesome product, BUT, what started out to be a work bench became something totally different once my wife saw the assembled product. We ordered a second one, stained one with Cherry Walnut and one with Mahogany and coated them in plain satin sealer. They are now used on the serving line when we entertain family and quests in our outside patios, and otherwise as decorative outside furniture. We live on a ranch and these items fit the bill just fine for their amended purpose. Ultimately, I converted an old wooden table to serve as my work bench - Go figure!!! By the way, all the parts fit perfectly on each table and "we" would recommend the product for "more" than just a work table. Once assembled the product is solid, and would certainly serve well for its intended purpose, a work bench. ...

    Live and learn.

    Quality of the lumber provided was 1 step above scrap. Pieces were knot-ridden, bowed. One of the pre-cut pieces was missing, requiring a trip to the lumber yard; another was cut improperly (2" longer than it should have been). Packing box arrived damaged, was covered with packing tape. Instructions were easy to understand and the bench went together easily once I went out and purchased the additional lumber and cut the mis-sized piece. I would have been better off paying $10 for the packing list and instructions, then going out and buying the materials instead of paying $175 for this kit. Disappointing, really.

    Worth the purchase price.

    Very heavy duty work bench. It would have helped if the holes needed would have been pre-drilled though. Happy with the finished product and it was a good deal. Some of the wood was of second quality, but overall it is a fine unit.

    Rustic workbench, built in a day.

    I really like my new workbench. It was very straight forward in putting it together. MY only complaint is some of the pieces should not have been used. One of the top boards was curved, and the back side was nasty so could not turn over. so now I have one board which is a quarter inch higher than the others. yes I can live with it, but it should have been a better piece of wood. Same with a few of the other pieces, paint will cover it if I choose, but I like the smell of wood. overall, happy with the piece. It is a good size and I am already using it.
