The item was broken. See pic…was shipped using a single bubble wrap that it wasn’t tied. The envelope was bigger than necessary, and there weren’t any sign on it indicating the package was fragile. I asked for a refund. beautyencounter answered:
“to process the refund, our Claims Department requires a statement of how the package was received upon arrival.” “… please give us a chance to make it right before you leave negative feedback.” . I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. They received my statement.
