I ordered a silver plaque and received a bronze one. Mistakes happen - I understand that. What I don't understand is saying you would make it right and send a silver one and it never came. After several attempts of contacting the seller, I've reversed ZERO responses. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Now I know now why the plaques are so cheap. AVOID seller and order for someone else...

Sorry that you are not happy with your plaque. Once you said you received the wrong item, it was resent with no questions asked. You then stated that you did not receive that plaque, I promptly sent another one no questions asked to ensure you were happy with your purchase. Now you are stating you did not receive the 3rd plaque sent. As you can see from all of the feedback from hundreds of customers my shipping is always prompt and fast. I'm not sure why you haven't received the replacements,
