Their seam is the weakest point. Overinflation leads to catastrophic popping along the seam, however, because it's vinyl, punctures do not. It can have several pinhole leaks and remain intact, albeit slowly deflating. I still haven't gotten one to be perfectly spherical, but it could very well do so if given enough time to settle. Beware, the seam will always be off center when full.
