The shipping preparation was superb. The wooden crate framed around the printer on the pallet was "forklift safe". I have purchased a lot of heavy equipment and shipped LTL freight, alltonercopier knows how to get the goods to you safely. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Communication was 4 star because I called to discuss the item and the person I spoke to was a little to short with me.
