    Seller refused to refund my money and accept a return when the shoes are clearly smaller than what was listed. My son could not even fit his foot in the shoe. No response or communication from the seller at all in regards to my “return request.” Just simply denied it and closed the request. I tried contacting them multiple times to discuss the issue and they would not even reply. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
