    New life for old computers!

    This video board worked great! I needed a board for an older computer and I didn't want to spend a fortune for one. (The system in question was still using the integrated video adapter on the motherboard and performance under Win 10 was not good.) I bought one of these video boards on a whim just to see if it would make a difference. For $7, you can't lose, right? I was VERY HAPPY with the results. I saw an immediate increase in system performance with this board installed. Win 10 is much more usable now. (You can still get the drivers from AMD's web site.) Note that on my system, it uses its own 512 video memory and also grabs 1 GB of system RAM for video memory too.

    Radeon HD5450

    This is the perfect PCIE card whether low or high to resolve or enhance video. IF you have a failing video on board, you can install this card, then hook up to it and make it the primary video in the bios and voilla! you have excellent video and more memory available to your system. If you are a gamer, you can enable CrossFire by adding this card to system and setting bios to use both. The card becomes the master and also uses the power of the onboard video or A Series processor's video together and it is mind bending for gaming. Note: to do this you need to look up CrossFire in your motherboard manual to verify the best Radeon model for your system and processors.

    noticeable performance improvement, BUT watch out for the driver updates

    My Windows7 PC had integrated graphics. With this card there is no buffering lag ,even with HD downloads But after a week of trouble free use, AMD sent me a driver update for the card. After that installation my PC lost internet connectivity! I used "system restore" to uninstall the "update" and everything went back to normal again.
