    Must have for us older guys

    Excellent quality item. A great wrist and arm saver. Allows for variety of hand and wrist positions, very customizable to the riders preference. As another reviewer stated, it does take you hands farther away from the brake levers so i wouldn’t use them commuting in traffic. Happy and safe riding! Cheers!

    These grips with the integrated bar ends couldn’t have been better designed. They will immediately add extreme comfort and efficiency to your ride. Having multiple hand positions will ward off that nagging ‘numbing’ effect. The bar ends will make hill climbs and straightaways a breeze! I will never ride again without these grips!

    Ergon GP5-L

    I love these grips. I cut down the right side to make it fit on my handlebars. This is a less expensive option than buying the specialized precut version Ergon Rohloff that costs about $60.

    Helps take pressure off your wrists and shoulders by letting you have a more upright position. But remember you are not in direct contact with your brakes so be aware in traffic situations to lower back down to the regular grips!
