Great buttons, floppy stick.
I was fully expecting some 3rd party knock off for the buttons and stick, but surprisingly they were actual Sanwa parts! The buttons had a different feel than the usual high end Sanwa buttons, but they felt great. The stick was fine, but for some reason it was really loose and stuck to the right side when released. It was opposite of the video reviews I saw where the stick was tight and snapped back to neutral. That's the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars. Regardless, I had no problems playing with the stick. The saving grace of the Edge is it's modability. Their 2 version the v.1 No.00136 v.2 No.00141-2 the secound fixs all the defect of vesion 1 people don’t know this joystick has a hidden “gem” this joystick can be modded to install “Sanwa” parts research the name and yea theres no soldering required just connections I order two joystick one for 4 way directions and one for octagon direction I had learn a lot but I also know who ever read this ebay and other site the price for this joystick new is going up don’t reconmend getting used because you may end up with the old defective version or a broken v.2 and the both use the same serial number on the botton of the joystick so it’ll be kinda difficult to find a decant v.2 and as from writing this review the company don’t have them instock and most likely discontinue because the nes classic ... This seems to work fine, but some games it lacks performance, feel and accuracy. wish it worked better with PacMan. Lastly way to LIGHT needs more weight moves around slips and slides.
