      Great Find for RCA connection from DirecTV remote box.

      I wanted to attach my DirecTV box to a device with RCA connectors. This worked first time and has not given me any issues. Because this is a RCA connection, the video is only at RCA levels. Don't expect it to be as crisp a picture as obtained via the HDMI connection. Please note, I did not try hooking this up to the DirecTV main controller. I haven't even looked for the 10 pin RCA connector on the main controller.

      Good quality cables

      If you are an AV installer like myself you absolutely need to keep these on your truck as the DirecTV installers no longer seem to have them on theirs!!!!! Well what do you expect of AT&T!!! These are essential in some cases to get an analog sound feed out to older stereo or surround systems or to a whole house audio system and some older Plasma TV's!! Even in this age of streaming I find that most of my customers use the DirecTV music channels.

      Works great for older equipment that requires composite cables. Also good if you need to hook up multiple devices on Directv boxes that only have the 10 pin and HDMI options.

      Perfect and what we needed

      Direct tv pulled a fast one on us, all of sudden message comes across our tv saying the hdmi cable is not supported. The messaged continued on saying we needed to use a component cable. The coble I ordered exactly what I needed, it works perfectly
