Not so much to complain about, really. This is an excellent quadcore processor, for the low voltage version (less power, almost the exact same performance), get the L5420. It does unfortunately not support HyperThreading, but boosts performance up to 25% more than its predecessor L5335 according to Intel. It has the demand-based power management (speedstep) that the Xeon 5300 series processors did not support. The low price on eBay makes this processor a damn great upgrade if you have processors in the Xeon 5200 or Xeon 5300 series. Check if your motherboard supports it first, and then upgrade. I got four L5420 for $100 which made me go dual quadcores for two servers. Cheap, reliable, great performance and low power even though it's not exactly the latest generation of processors!
